Get folder info
GET/folder.info
Get one folder by ID: name, item count, creation time, and — for Personal access — the caller's role.
Use folder.contents for the meetings and
Magicasts filed in it, and folder.members
for who can see it.
Access: Organization and Personal. Personal tokens can read a folder
only when the token owner is a member. Organization tokens can read every
folder in the account; role is omitted. A folder the caller cannot see
returns 404 folder_not_found, including a folder in another account
and a folder a personal token's owner does not belong to.
